For them, the developers in FIFA 22 want to offer at least a little relief, because the newly announced weekend format in FUT includes only 20 instead of the previously usual 30 encounters.
This is probably the welcome but not the only change to FUT Champions in FIFA 22. EA SPORTS has completely restructured the competition and divided into play-offs and finals. The play-offs consist of five games and can be held during the week. 15 points is to earn to achieve the finals. In one example of the developer, four victories are necessary for this. Rewards are available in any case.
Once qualified for the finals, a player can choose themselves on which weekend he wants to participate. This offers the desired time flexibility, because the finals always consist of 20 lots. The more one wins, the better the rewards - well known from the old weekend League.

The new Rivals Division look like this: In the lower divisions, the skill rating is eliminated. Instead, EA Sports only shows how many victories are necessary to reach the next rank.
