Here are some of the goals that you can buy and find in the game for FL4K currently. As far as we understand, 51 heads are available for each of the classes. Some heads are available for each class, and some are unique to the class.

VIP all

VIP heads are heads that can be purchased through a VIP program. The program was stopped on May 19, 2020..

Mission Moze or the head of the world/monsters/slots

These are the heads that you will earn by performing various missions in the game. You will want to perform as many plot missions and side quests as possible if you want to collect all the cosmetics. Some of them can also be thrown out of enemies in the world or found in slot machines in the MOXXI bar, as indicated for forums about gearboxes:
